Attempted a personal creation of a workout I've named The Shower Workout.
3x(1 mile@tempo+400@race pace) 3 minutes rest between sets.
So this was REALLY hard because I've eaten terribly and slept little since state. A man has to relax sometimes. Thus, I only did 2 sets :P

Set 2:
5:45
1:20
Clearly I was dying. 5:20 pace at the end of an interval is remarkably slow for me. I called it cuz my legs were toast and my coach was hesitant to let me workout so close after state. I'm trying to not be a stupid teenage runner.
