Personal:

I am striving to be the best me I can be. For now, that means I'm going to college at BYU and attempting to walk on to their cross-country team for the fall. I am expecting to serve a mission following the end of the semester. My goal in life is to teach the deppressed how to geuninely smile, the anxious how to stand confident and courageous and the heartbroken and hopeless how to regain faith. The world would be a better place if more people learned how to love.

Crazy good speed session today. Half kick workout. Starts at mile pace for 100 meters and drops to 400 pace for 200 meters.

100 16.1 (full second fast)

120 19.8 (slightly slow)

140 20.0 (full second fast)

160 22.3 (nearly a second fast)

180 24.0 (full second fast)

200 26.1 (nearly a second fast)

That's my best 200 time by a second and I felt so string and fluid. I'm ready to go for region.

That is an interesting workout. Congratulations on the 200 PR!

It's very similar to 2 workouts we use at PV based upon speed sessions done by Seb Coe to fine-tune inthe taper stage before big races. So... Nice job Eric, great things coming up for you.
